What to Expect

What is in the program: An elegant, yet simple routine that combines journaling, breathwork, movement, Yin yoga, sound, and sleep support into one peaceful daily rhythm.

Who this is for: This is for people who are tired of collecting wellness tools, looking to avoid decision fatigue, and ready for a comprehensive daily practice they can actually sustain.

Why will it help: Repeating the same rhythm consistently will help you create more calm, clarity, and a greater sense of safety in your body. Once the habit is established, there is another program for daily support and added variety.

I created this because...

I spent years collecting tools - yoga, meditation, therapy, retreats, certifications - and still found myself feeling regulated for an hour...and then falling right back into old patterns.

What changed wasn't finding another single practice. It was creating a rhythm I could return to every day.

This is the routine I needed -- simple enough to follow, structured enough to stick, and supportive enough to return to whenever life feels like too much.

I’m Gia Pirelli, yoga teacher, sound practitioner, and lifelong student of the connection between movement, mindset, and well-being.

My background spans more than two decades in health, movement, and helping people feel their best. From competitive athletics and fitness to yoga, meditation, and sound work, I've spent years exploring practices that support both body and mind.

What I've learned is that lasting change rarely comes from wha you can endure. It comes from what you can sustain. My goal is to guide you through experiences that feel approachable, supportive, and realistic for everyday life.
